Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 13, 2026 · Master Agreement Version 2.0

Primary Parent Entity Agreement Governing All Strivento Products & Subdomains

1. Master Scope & Acceptance of Agreement

These Master Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Strivento (“Strivento,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as the primary governing parent entity.

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or utilizing the primary Strivento website located at strivento.com, or any of the specialized products, subdomains, web applications, and services operating under the Strivento umbrella, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

Constituent Products Covered by this Master Agreement:
  • StudyVerse (studyverse.me)
  • Calixo (calc.strivento.com)
  • TypePractice (typing.strivento.com)
  • PDFedge (pdf.strivento.com)
  • Text Craft (textcraft.strivento.com)
  • ExamKit (examkit.strivento.com)

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All proprietary rights, title, and interest in and to Strivento, its brand identity, logomarks, typography, color palettes, visual designs, user interfaces, documentation, codebases, algorithms, and domain configurations are the exclusive intellectual property of Strivento.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our products strictly for personal, professional, and educational purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of Strivento or its product architectures without explicit prior written authorization from Strivento management.

3. User Ownership of Input Data & Documents

Strivento adheres to a strict philosophy of user sovereignty. Any content, text strings, calculations, data tables, PDFs, images, code passages, or signatures that you input, upload, or process through our products remain your sole and exclusive property.

Because our portfolio utilizes local-first client-side architectures (such as in-browser WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas), Strivento does not claim, store, or acquire any ownership, license, or distribution rights to your private inputs or transformed documents.

4. Product-Specific Operational Declarations

A. Calixo (Calculation & Financial Modules)

Mathematical, algebraic, statistical, and financial calculations (including loan EMI, mortgage, and compound interest models) are evaluated client-side for planning and informational purposes only. They do not constitute certified tax, legal, or professional financial advisory services.

B. PDFedge (Document Processing Sandbox)

PDF manipulation (merge, split, compression, redaction, and conversion) is executed locally inside your device's browser memory via WebAssembly. Users bear the sole responsibility to maintain independent offline backups of sensitive original files prior to performing destructive page reorders or security operations.

C. ExamKit (Application Photo & Document Formatting)

ExamKit provides image cropping, signature enhancement, and compression tools based on user-defined criteria. While ExamKit accurately adheres to pixel and KB dimensions defined by the user, users are exclusively responsible for verifying compliance with individual testing authorities or government portal requirements before final submission.

D. StudyVerse, TypePractice & Text Craft

Progress metrics, streaks, typing accuracy telemetry, and text formatting are stored within local client storage. Clearing browser cache or switching devices will reset un-exported historical milestones unless synchronized by the user.

5. Permissible Use & Operational Integrity

You agree to use Strivento and its constituent products strictly in compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws. You shall not:

  • Engage in automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or excessive bandwidth exploitation against Strivento domain routing infrastructure.
  • Attempt to circumvent security boundaries, inject cross-site scripting (XSS), or distribute malicious payloads through our input buffers.
  • Use our utilities to process, format, or transmit illegal, infringing, or fraudulent materials.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ALL STRIVENTO PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STRIVENTO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL STRIVENTO, ITS FOUNDERS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES OR CLIENT-SIDE TRANSFORMATIONS.

7. Governing Entity & Inquiries

This Master Agreement is governed by general principles of commercial law and our parent entity policies. Inquiries regarding this agreement may be submitted via our official contact channel or directed to legal@strivento.com.
